Back From The Dead

So, it's been awhile. I really wanted these posts to be much regular than they have been. So, what took so long to post something new? Everything else.

Let's get back to where we left off: Indiegogo. Our campaign was sussessful in a cetain sense as it allowed for us to raise a substancial amount of funds so that we could form a production company to help produce the film while also having enough left to shoot a short trailer.

There was something else I was going to talk about...what was it? Oh yeah...

WE ARE ON KICKSTARTER!

Yes, in a bid to raise the rest of our budget we have launched a Kickstarter campaign. We are super excited to be able to have friends and followers join us in making Blackwater Rd a reality finally. Please visit the campaign page and check it out.

Just a quiet day...

SAVE INDIE HORROR! DONATE TO BLACKWATER RD.!

Well, the time has come. We are offically raising funds for Blackwater RD. to be made. This has been a long time coming and many people have helped make this happen.

We will be raising funds through the crowd funding website know as Indiegogo.

Indiegogo has been helping fund independent programs through peer donation for several years. Much like Kickstarter but with more focus on the films and arts, Indiegogo also is teamed with the non-profit arts organization Fractured Atlas.

Through Fractured Atlas Blackwater RD. has recieved fiscal sponsorship, meaning that all donations through Indiegogo are tax deductable.

We are proud to be working with both companies and feel that through them we will achieve all our goals, specifically raising enough funds to finance the film.

The goal for the film's campaign is

$14,000

This is no small goal and will only be acomplished through the help of friends and follows.

This is a call to action. Help us raise the budget of Blackwater RD. and become part of the filmmaking process.

The campaign runs until NOV. 6 so there is no time to waste.

In honor of us launching our Indiegogo campaign we are debuting new promotion artwork for the film, this one feature the character Joan as played by Alma Hill.
